Our History
In August 2016, Team Adventure was born. It was formed upon realizing that many locals do not spare their time to appreciate the beautiful culture and precious natural resources in Malawi and beyond.
Team adventure envisage to contribute meaningfully towards development of tourism, culture and nature conservation that will bring positive change to the society.
It is a registered non-profit making organization circling in adventure, culture and nature while social development issues in line with SDGs.
The team has young people from diverse background with great passion for practical tourism development and a mission to achieve an increased local and international appreciation of Malawi’s tourism.

As a founding member and national coordinator of Team Adventure, Kondwani has dedicated his life to exploring and preserving the breathtaking landscapes of Malawi and beyond. His life mission is simple yet profound; to explore and protect the natural wonders of Malawi and the world.
An accomplished adventurer, Kondwani has traversed some of the region’s most iconic destinations. His journeys are not just personal feats but also powerful campaigns to raise awareness on the importance of conservation and sustainable tourism.
Driven by a deep love for nature and culture, Kondwani inspires local communities to value their heritage and natural resources, promoting tourism as a tool for both economic growth and environmental stewardship. He is a true advocate for preserving the planet’s beauty for generations to come.

Her passion lies in promoting sustainable tourism and celebrating cultural heritage.

She excels at managing logistics, fostering stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that each event runs seamlessly from concept to completion. Passionate about creating impactful engagements, Taonga is dedicated to upholding Team Adventure’s mission of inspiring exploration, teamwork, and community connection.

Team Adventure's Communications Officer. She is a holder of Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. A journalist by profession, Patuma works with the Football Association of Malawi as a Communications Assistant. She is specialised in Media and Public relations and photography and also works as a volunteer in various activities especially in tourism, nature and Culture. She likes exploring new things. Her hobbies are eating, travelling, watching football and photography She is nicknamed as Abiti and reside in Bangwe, Blantyre.

An Extension officer at African parks in Liwonde, where he is currently residing. His work involves interacting with communities around Liwonde National Park and Mangochi forest Providing them with information on the importance of conservation. My department is also responsible for providing income generating activities to communities seating around the 2 protected areas.
He is also known as Yazah and likes travelling to interesting places, playing football, chatting with friends, drinking and eating.
